Welcome to ALPCA Silver State Annual Convention 2009
March 18 - 21, 2009
This year we are moving to a new location in Primm, Nevada, on Interstate 15 at the California and Nevada border, a short 35 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. You will have three hotels to choose from with rates from $28.95 per night to $49.95 per night.

There will be many awards for display winners and runners-up in each category receiving handsome plaques. The categories are:

• Best Non-Passenger Run
• Best Foreign Display
• People’s Choice (1 award)
• Bartholomew Award for Best Topical Display
• Long Distance (North America and Overseas)

8:00 am - 3:00 pm "Unofficial" Parking Lot Meet - behind
the Primm Valley Resort Hotel near the loading ramp
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Pick up registration packets including
Buffet Tickets for the Early Bird gathering.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Buffet Dinner at the Primm Valley
Resort & Casino
8:00 pm Slot Tournament ($5 registration fee with cash prizes)
Thursday, March 19
8:00 am to 6:00 pm Open Trading at the Convention Center.
Friday, March 20
8:00 am - 1:00 pm Open trading
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Donation and Consignment Auction.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Awards Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Open Trading
Saturday, March 21
8:00 am - 4:00 pm Open Trading
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Packing and Departure.
